One of my favorite breakfast options besides pancakes and cream soup 🙂
4 pieces of fresh bread
4 pieces of sausage / smoked beef
3 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tbsp mayonaise
1 tsp oregano powder
to taste mozarella cheese
to taste butter
- Combine chili sauce, mayonaise, and oregano powder. Stir well.
- Apply one side of the bread with the sauce.
- Grilled sausage or smoked beef with butter. Once cooked, set the sausage and slices of mozarella cheese on a loaf of bread. If you want and have stock, mozarella cheese can be added and given vegetables such as lettuce and tomato. After that, cover with a second bun.
- Grease the outside of the bread with butter, then bake over medium-low heat until browned. The mozarella cheese will start melting and make the bread stick to each other. Bake both sides. Serve warm while the cheese is still melting. Enjoy 🙂
